Spacetoon India was initiated in 2006 by the group and undertakes all business activities under their two subsidiary companies:

* Kids Animation India

Kids Media India (KMI) is hosting and handling the newly launched Spacetoon TV. India’s only free to air Kids TV Channel and all the Licencing activities of the Group.
