Job Profile
1. He will be a back office guy to look after all the back office task of merchandising Division.
2. He will be a one point of contacts for all the orders process.
3. He will coordinate with distributors/ clients for orders and despatches.
4. He will coordinate with team members in regard to orders,
5. Handling E-Mail, Telephonic & postal enquiry.
6. Order processing for state wise c & f agent’s and distributor’s.
7. Coordinate with godown for dispatch & stock purpose.
8. Maintain daily dispatch details & forward to particular manager.
9. Checking all tax invoices & forward to godown.
10. Follow up of goods dispatch for daily basis.
11. Prepare MIS Report.
12. Checking expenses & send to A/C department.
13. Checking credit note of return material for approval & send to distributors. Coordinate with transporter for delivery purpose.
14. Follow up of distributor’s outstanding.

Candidate Profile
1. Male candidate ( as this is going to be high pressure and late sitting job ) from Mumbai.
2. Very good in computer ( excl and power point if possible)
3. Good analytical skill
4. Good in communication ( who can understand mails, read and write in English ).
